Someone Punch Me In The Face

I seriously hate cars. I just want to hitch hike across the country now. My veggie mobile broke down today on the side of the street because I ran out of gas, or vegetable oil. Then I had to call my brother to get me some diesel. First he brought over a half gallon thing of fuel. It wasn’t enough. Then he drove back home and picked up a 5 gallon thing of fuel. That wasn’t enough. Then I had to call AAA again to get it towed to a shop. Turns out, if you run out of diesel, your car is screwed. I guess it was a good thing we didn’t take the Benz.

What is wrong with me? I need to wake up and smell the coffee or something. My body is here, but my brain is not. I can’t wait to get out of California.

We leave on Monday. Look out for us.

Keep On Running- What We Can Learn From Ben Comen

The window of opportunity doesn’t come around too many times in my life. Ever since college, I began to teach myself to find those window of opportunities, then to jump through those windows. Often times, I don’t know where the windows lead, or how far the drop is to the ground. But I know, I can never stay in a room for too long. I don’t think it’s about whether or not I have problems with commitment. I think it’s about being able to run free, being creative, and being able to explore. I came across a video about Ben Comen, a disabled runner. After watching the video, I soon realized, my challenges are minimal compared  to his. In the end, it’s not about completing a race by yourself. I believe it’s about completing a race with all your supporters next to you.

Bringing it back to our vision. It’s not about what individuals are doing, it’s what individuals are doing to help their communities. With that said. Here’s Ben Comen.
