Change Of Plans
I know many of you are upset, maybe a little disappointed that we are no longer taking my veggie mobile. I’m frustrated as well. I wanted to take my car. And for the most part, I wanted to see if it was possible to take my car across this country.
I know it’s possible. However, due to the time constraints of this trip, transportation is the most important part. What’s even more ironic, is I’m driving a Suburban. It guzzles gas, it’s definitely not environmentally friendly, and I’m certainly feeling I’m contradicting myself.
The fact is, my car will not make it. There is simply too many things that could go wrong. I’m limiting my risks. To make up for my carbon consumption. I will be purchasing carbon offset credits. The exact company has not been determined yet.
I’m still waiting to hear back from a few car companies, perhaps they’ll change their mind and support me. Do you have or know of anyone that has an old reliable Mercedes-Benz to donate?
